Yeppers. Put the physxloader in the main directory of your Empire III and it should work fine, mine did.

Found this site by chance when I had an error message appear referring to PHYsxloader.dll file missing.
So followed the link to Download / saved the file / Then Copied file to where it Belongs. And like magic My game started to work perfectly after a Re-start.
Knowing where the file belongs is the key to success?
