#1668, 2006-07-20 05:16:18, by: geekhax I purchased a new 1600 series Printer with scanner and fax expecting no problems. This was the first mistake of course. Many thanks to your site for what appears to be a common problem. HP employed my Mother and two sisters and was a good company. The developer is to blame for this ridiculous error in producing an incomplete CD for installation. I will maintain using HP printers, but nothing else they produce. I hope someone with the time can contact them about this!!
