This is not a virus. It is part of a dialer called Instant Access. It dials a high cost number and downloads other malware to your computer. This is a very hard piece of malware to remove, so unless your comfortable with HijackThis and booting into safe mode or just want a challege, I do not recommend that you download this dll file.

In answer to post #1 and #2. EGDACCESS_1057.DLL is not a virus. It's part of spyware from ShopAtHomeSelect.com.
If you are not interested in having the program at your computer. Do the following:
There should be an entry in the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs applet for 'ShopAtHomeSelect Cash Back' or 'Select CashBack'. Use it to remove the software then restart the computer.
