DdEntry10 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll ... you need the last DirectX to correct this problem

It says "The d3d8.dll file is linked to missing export ddraw.dll:ddentery12". I downloaded the ddraw.dll file and extracted it but it says that theres already a file there; so I try to replace it but a password is needed, since the file is protected.
