Your file does not work. WM Player and gave me the " ... link to advapi32.dll missing" error. Could not copy your file directly into the windows directory but was able to copy using the DOS prompt. Rebooted computer but Windows stopped loading and gave me other error messages. I had to re-install windows from scratch and the old advapi32.dll was reinstalled.

One day I just tried to open windows media player, and it said advapi32.dll was missing. But when I went into SYSTEM, it was still there. I tried replacing it with another copy of it, and windows stopped loading when I booted up!!! I had to re-install windows 98, and advapi32.dll was still screwed.

Obtained following errors:

+ related error?

This file is a lot larger than the version supplied with WinME. I hope it is compatible, as I'm getting Advapi32.dll errors when trying to run Propellerheards Reason 3.0

Your Prefetch folder actually does not require any files. The entire contents can be deleted and Windows will not be affected in any negative way. The Prefetch feature can actually be stopped by disabling the Task Scheduler Service.
